7. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact Canadian Sauna Sales Ltd as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, Canadian Sauna Sales Ltd may no longer be able to stop the shipment. If cancellation remains possible, applicable transportation, handling, return or administrative costs may apply.
Depending on the circumstances, post-shipment cancellation-related charges may be up to $500.
Pre-Orders, Backorders & Special Orders
Pre-order, backorder and special-order products may be subject to additional cancellation conditions because fulfillment may require inventory allocation or product procurement specifically associated with the order.

8. Returns & Refunds
